Juan provided outstanding service during my visit to Alpaca Restaurant. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was perfect. His professionalism and warm attitude truly enhanced my dining experience. Highly recommend asking for Juan when you visit he’s a superhero!

Luis and the staff were amazing! They were helpful and attentive. Food was delicious - chicken was tender, Quinoa salad generous and special of pollo saltado scrumptious. Saltado so good ordered takehome meal of Lomo Saltado (steak) for my husband

Visiting Chapel Hill for at least the 10th time, but hadn't heard of this place before. So good I visited twice in three days! The chicken is cooked perfectly, and the sides are delicious. The fries were among the best I've ever eaten. Juan at the location near the airport is a great server and made sure I enjoyed my visit. Can't wait to come back to North Carolina!

My husband and I love this place! We love the green sauce, yuca fries and juicy chicken. We ordered 1/2 chicken, rice beans, large yuca fries, and large chicken soup. Their services are quick and the price is affordable.

I had an amazing experience at Alpaca, and I have to give a special shout-out to Dylan, the assistant manager. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, attentive, and welcoming. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience and goes the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. Dylan checked in on our table more than once, helped resolve a small issue quickly and kindly, and maintained a great attitude the entire time. His leadership and dedication to great service really stood out. Highly recommend visiting this location. Great food, clean space, and amazing service!

Oh wow! Looking for a place to eat quick. Saw this on the result list. Why not. This place was amazing! If it's a chain I want one where I'm at. I got the Arroz Chaufa. Others got 1/4 chx w sides: yuca fries Maduro, tostones. Dang they had Jarritos mango and ginger ale on tap. Never seen that before in a fast food place. Southern thing? Chi cha marada drink too. Kid3 said what impressed him was when ordering they had a full cooked chicken and they cut it up in front of you for the 1/4 chicken meal. Awesome atmosphere and music!

A quick and pleasant dining experience; the restaurant was clean, well-lit, and the service readily available. This location is large and busy, though it was only a few minutes to order and without difficulty when finding a seat. In addition to a variety of chicken and side options, they have salads, combos, desserts, juices, sodas, and offer catering. This evening's meal was fresh, tasty, and convenient; a wonderful healthy option after work.
